We look at your business holistically and help you make informed decisions — without charging a separate consulting fee.

The business draws on approximately 20 years of experience across hospitality distribution, professional food-service equipment, ingredients, manufacturing, food-service applications, equipment demonstrations and training, supplier and manufacturer networks, hospitality operations, product development, sourcing, and specialist equipment requirements.
This is institutional knowledge — not a personal biography. It belongs to the business and to every customer we work with.
Who we supply.
We currently supply businesses ranging from large hotel groups and fine-dining establishments to independent restaurants, professional kitchens, home-based food businesses, informal food businesses, spaza shops, and emerging entrepreneurs. We can also assist customers with unusual or innovative concepts requiring specialist equipment, ingredients, or applications.

We have a network of strategic industry partners — kitchen designers, architects, hospitality developers, manufacturers, ingredient specialists, and equipment technicians. We don't necessarily perform all these services directly. Instead, we work with trusted specialists when your project requires expertise beyond our own.
This is the meaning of "Collective" — we bring together the right people and the right products to help your business succeed.
Where we work.
Cape Town based, with trusted partner networks supporting customers nationally. We service the Western Cape directly and assist customers in Johannesburg and Durban through established partner relationships. We can also assist customers elsewhere in Africa where appropriate.
We hold an export licence and can assist customers outside South Africa with commercial equipment, smallwares, and specialist hospitality products.
